Consistently good service
This was my third time ordering from Gents, and they've been consistently reliable. I picked up some more of that niche parfume I like, plus a new skægvoks. Good products, minor delay
I ordered a pre-shave olie and some new barberblade. The products themselves are really good quality, no issues there. The pre-shave oil makes a difference. Shipping took a bit longer than I expected, around 6 days to Copenhagen. It wasn't a huge deal, but I was hoping for it a bit sooner. Customer service was polite when I inquired about the delay. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase and the value, just wish delivery was a tad faster sometimes. Maybe it was just a busy period for them.
